Billing, invoices & refunds
Curating, reading, and following are always free. To change your plan, update your card, download invoices, or cancel, use Manage billing & invoices above (or Settings → Billing) — it opens our secure Stripe portal. If a payment failed, the same portal is where you update the card to keep your subscription active. For a refund or anything the portal can’t handle, email support@thoughtfluence.io from your account email.
Common questions
My library isn't showing new posts
Your library aggregates each creator’s public feeds and refreshes in the background, so new posts can take a little while to appear. Pull to refresh, or open the creator to trigger a fresh fetch. If a specific creator never updates, email us the creator and the platform and we’ll check the feed.
Managing what you see
You can hide individual creators, platforms, content types, or posts from your library at any time — those choices apply everywhere, including the AI context surfaced to connected assistants. On the web, open Library → Manage; in the mobile app, use Settings → Manage hidden.
Account & sign-in
Thoughtfluence uses one account across the web app and the mobile app — sign in with the same email, Google, or Apple on either. To change your email or password, use Settings → Account.
Deleting your account or data
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Account on the web, or from Settings → Delete account in the mobile app. For the full policy and a step-by-step, see Account & Data Deletion. Questions about the data we hold are covered in our Privacy Policy.
